Anglachel and Gurthang were the two swords forged from meteoric metal by Eöl the Dark Elf of Nan Elmoth.
After a brief, but spirited argument, I will concede that my brother Craig is correct.
Anguirel is the name of the second meteoric sword forged by Eöl the Dark Elf.
Anglachel is the name of the other one, but in my defense, Gurthang is what Anglachel was renamed by Túrin after it was reforged in Nargothrond.
