A reader points out a humorous correction in yesterday’s Boston Globe:
Correction: Because of a reporting error, a Page One story yesterday about developments in the Middle East said Nazareth was where Christ was born. Christ was born in Bethlehem.
At least they found the error, although I wonder how many people noticed it.

Do they realize that “Christ” is a title, not a last name? I doubt it.
No, I’m not that clever. I just have a bad habit of dropping words. Think too fast for my typing.
I’m just amazed it didn’t say
“Because of a reporting error, a Page One story yesterday about developments in the Middle East said Nazareth was where Christ was born. Christian’s believe that, Christ was born in Bethlehem.”
Where is the bias!?! I want bais!
I agree with Dan B (which sounds like the beginning of a limerick).
Traditionally, The Globe has always prefaced things like this with “Christians believe that…”
