Melanie is officially entering her third trimester this week. So far everything is really good. She feels good .. or at least as well as can be expected—Heartburn, hip pain, etc.—but nothing out of the ordinary. Melanie looks great and apart from the pregnant belly almost like the day we were married.
Some friends gave us a relic of St. Gerard Majella and a prayer book that’s been passed around among pregnant Catholic couples. We use it every night to pray for St. Gerard’s intercession for the baby and Melanie.
This is the beginning of the homestretch, 3 months to go. I can’t wait to see and hold my newborn.
