If you’ve been trying to get to the Catholic World News web site this morning and haven’t been able to, it’s because Matt Drudge picked up our Kerry excommunication story and linked to it. Thus we’ve been Drudged, i.e. our server has been overloaded by the sheer number of simultaneous attempts to access it. Hopefully it comes back soon.
Perhaps EWTN, which mirrored the brief, has a more robust site you can send him to? I’d hate to see all the Catholic sites on the Net go down on the same day, though…
