There’s always next year

There’s always next year

Sorry for the light posting. I was up late watching the Red Sox get their hats handed to them by the Oakland A’s. Actually it wasn’t as bad as that, until the infamous Sox bullpen got into the act, giving up the lead in the bottom of the 9th and then giving up the win in the 12th.

Thank you Major League Baseball for scheduling the game to start at 10 pm on the East Coast. And why is it the precious Yankees play a game on Tuesday and then have their next on Thursday when the Sox have their first game end at almost 3 am Eastern time and the next one starts 13 hours later? No, don’t tell me, I know already. Because the Yankees are the precious babies of baseball that get everything they want.

Watch out today. I’m grouchy.
