Sometimes you read something that’s so ripe for fisking and dissection that you don’t even know where to being. But then you notice that Dale Price has already gotten to it first and you bow to the master.
In this case, Dale has suitably dissected a National Catholic Reporter op-ed in which the full-range of liberal hypocrisy and condescension is on display. The writer fairly drips with liberal paternalism for the benighted African woman who actually believes the Church’s teachings. But rather than write a pale imitation, I will ask you to read Dale’s much better takedown.
