Okay, we’re fiddling with the site design again, specifically the Comment and Archive pages so things are likely to be working intermittently for a little bit. For example, at the moment, the Comment pages don’t have the “next entry/previous entryt/return to main page” links.
Once the dust clears, I hope the site will look better than ever.
Update: Okay the Comment page links are back. Do people like the look of the Comment and Archive pages?
The layout is good. Is there any way to make the “find” window in Internet Explorer respond to the individual dates in the archives? It wouldn’t work for me when I asked it to find June 5, 2005 after clicking the archive link for June 2005.
That’s probably because there were no entries for June 5, 2005 so there’s nothing to find. Do a search for “Jun 06, 2005” and you’ll see it works.
Ok, I’ve tried 06, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12 and none of them worked. All I get is the “finished searching document” screen.
I don’t know what to say. It works for me. Make sure you’re using the right abbreviation “Jun” not “June”. Otherwise it must be an Internet Explorer thing and beyond my control.
“Jun” is the key. What a difference an “e” makes!
