A priest of the Winona, Minn., diocese has been charged with sexual assault on an undercover cop. The priest, a pastor of a local parish, allegedly approached the cop in a known homosexual pickup area and touched himself and then the cop. By the way, he’s also judicial vicar of the diocese, a posting of eminence and prestige.
