I’ve spent some of the morning reading and digesting Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s dissenting opinion in Lawrence v. Texas, the Supreme Court decision which overturned Texas’ law against homosexual sex. Scalia has produced a great document that not only addresses the faults ofthe majority opinion, but also shows how the court continues, yet contradicts its faulty rulings on abortion.
