Fox News is reporting that president will be speaking at 10:15 tonight. I guess the air campaign begins tonight. They are reporting air strikes on small targets in Baghdad. Tomahawks may be flyin, as many as 1,500 in total. This would be the prepping of the battlefield.
Update: 9:54 PM: White House says War has begun.
