Jayson Franklin of The Catholic Cast, who I’ve mentioned before, has a good podcast about Terri in which he reads from a mid-1980s Massachusetts court decision that set the precedent for killing incapacitated patients through starvation. (We just love setting culture-of-death precedents in Mass.) But this is from the minority opinion and it is Justice Lynch describing the long, slow agonizing death that is starvation and dehydration.
