I’ve seen that Msgr. Malanowski, Terri Schiavo’s priest, was allowed to visit with her and was able to bless with a relic of Mother Teresa. Wouldn’t it be awesome if on the day of Bl. Teresa’s beatification, the miracle for her canonization occurs? What an amazing witness for Christ it would be if Terri received a special grace? In addition to asking for the intercession of St. Teresa of Avila and St. Therese of Lisieux, we should also ask Bl. Teresa as well. Perhaps special graces flow when you pray to a blessed or saint on the day of their elevation to the altars.
