Moral equivalence

Talk about moral equivalence. Amnesty International claims that the bombing of Iraqi TV is a war crime. For one thing, it is an arm of the Iraqi government, not an independent broadcasting company. As a government facility being used for propaganda and communication with troops in the field (including the Fedayeen terrorists), it is a legitimate target. On the other hand, there isn’t a single mention of the Iraqi atrocities, such as using women and children as human shields, holding families hostage to force men to fight, pretending to surrender then shooting at coalition troops, dressing as US troops and shooting their own soldiers who try to surrender.

Nice double standard, Amnesty.
