The Mass. Supreme Court missed its own deadline for issuing a ruling on gay marriage. They must be trying to look up all the really good legal arguments for it and there are so few that it’s taking longer.
Anyway, the deadline is more of a guideline, they say, and so we’ll just have to keep waiting.
