Sunday’s Boston Globe has a stomach-turning rundown of the case against Bishop John McCormack of Manchester, NH. It’s a pretty complete look at his blind eye in favor of pervert priests and his apparent disdain for the concerns of victims and other laypeople. He comes across as an unconcerned apologist for disgusting sexual appetites. I hope that’s an inaccurate portrait, but if it is he has to do something to shed that image.
