Revolving door for the Taliban

It’s a good thing the White House has been listening to the bleeding hearts who say that it’s inhumane to detain terrorists at Guantanamo Bay. It seems they’re returning to Afghanistan and rejoining the Taliban to fight the US.

The Bush administration’s detention of hundreds of foreign fighters in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, got dissected last week by the Supreme Court, with some justices questioning the government’s right to incarcerate aliens indefinitely without judicial review. “I just want to be known as a winning player,” says Ramirez. In the month of April, that is precisely what he has been. No pouting about the offseason. Good for Manny. And good for the Red Sox.
