A statue of Mary atop a bell tower in Ohio is glowing. But the bishop and pastor think it may just be the sun reflecting off of gold leaf applied to the statue years ago.
But I’m with the bishop on his take on it. Even if there’s nothing miraculous going on, in the normal sense, it could still be miraculous in that many people are being reminded to pray and ponder the spiritual life.
