AIDS activists are upset with Bush’s $15 billion plan for AIDS in Africa and Haiti, because they won’t get to control the money. Typical liberal thinking: “It doesn’t matter how much you pledge to help if we don’t get to control it because you and the people we’re ‘helping’ are too stupid to do it themselves.”
