What do the Democrat and Republican national conventions have in common? Neither one has a pro-lifer giving a speech in prime time. That has some rank-and-fil Republicans upset and more than half the Republicans in the House have signed a formal complaint to President Bush. The man they want to see up there is Rep. Henry Hyde, one of the foremost pro-life members of the House over the last 30 years and a man who deserves the sppotlight. And one who would be a good bearer of the GOP conservative banner.
