A California sheriff’s department is in hot water because someone put a new decal on one of the patrol cars. It evidently started as a stunt and now everyone’s running around like it’s a major scandal. The sheriff and his top officials all denied being responsible and it finally turned out that someone had proposed it, and then misinterpreted the sheriff’s appreciation for the joke to approval for carrying it out.
I think it’s stinking hilarious, but of course you can’t have a sense of humor today. Liberals hate the police to begin with and think they’re one traffic stop away from dragging black motorists from their cars at random for heay beatings (never mind that many of the nation’s Think Blue Line are minority themselves). I think everyone should have a laugh and relax.
