The headline says “Bombs Target Four Iraqi Churches.” To paraphrase an old saying, bombs don’t target themselves, people do it. In this case it was terrorists who set off bombs at four churches in and near Baghdad, Anglica, Catholic, and Orthodox. At least three people are dead.
Those most at risk if the US were to pull out tomorrow would be Iraq’s Christians. More than anybody, they need us to see this through.
May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
