Isn’t it interesting how John Kerry, that shining Catholic example, by March 1 had missed all 22 roll call votes in the Senate this year and 292, or 64 percent, of the roll call votes last year because he’s been so busy running for president.

Yet last week he rushed across the country back to Washington in order to cast a vote against that pernicious legislation that would have made harming an unborn child during a crime against the mother an additional felony. Of all the votes he couldn’t miss that was the one.  Is anybody fooled by his claims that he is “personally opposed, but …”?
