In honor of St. Joseph’s feast day, which would have been yesterday, but whose celebration is transferred to today, I will point you to a brief article I had published in the National Catholic Register in 2004. The NCR editors decided to have a Saint v. Saint smackdown between an Italian and an Irishman on the occasion of the feasts of St. Patrick and St. Joseph. I was asked to write on behalf of St. Joseph, and I posted the article in the Bettnet Forum. Enjoy and have a good laugh.
