Well, you’ve got a shade tree.

It’s a good two acres, lots of parking, the nearest neighbour is half a mile away . . . you’ll just all have to zip up to NE Alberta, near St Paul. (No, not THAT St Paul.)
We’d be buying tickets now but with hurricane season starting in June and the May due in mid-May, that’s a pretty small window.
And no offense, Lilo, but I’ll take Florida over Alberta.
