So what are they doing?

So what are they doing?

Let’s say, hypothetically, that someone you know is in the FBI. And say he’s in Baghdad right now. Let’s continue to hypothesize that he can’t tell you exactly what he’s doing, but that it involves M-16s, bulletproof vests, and searching homes. Does anyone have a clue what they might be doing?

I mean, I know that the 82nd Airborne and the 4th Infantry and 1st Armored are doing searches of their own, but what would a law enforcement agent be doing over there? Serving warrants? If they’re hunting for the bad guys, wouldn’t you expect the CIA to be doing that? All hypothetical, of course.

  • FBI is more Law Enforcement based (cop stuff), while over the years the CIA has grown more espionage related (spy stuff).
