Since we’re announcing election results, let me just say that of all those who voted (we had record low turnout), 4 out of 5 prefer links to open in new windows. If I were the Massachusetts Legislature, I might then ignore the will of the voters and do my own thing, but instead I will listen to the voice of the people and continue what I was doing already.
