Al Gore wants to launch a liberal cable network to counter all the conservative radio and TV. Okay, besides Fox News Channel, name one “conservative” network. Just one. Now name the liberal voices on TV: ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC. And that’s just the news operations.
But if Al Gore wants to spend millions of dollars on this, I say good for him. If people want to watch it, then it will be a big success. But I suspect it will be like the liberal national talk radio hosts they keep trying to find to counter Rush Limbaugh. No one wants to listen to them. And I bet no one will want to watch a liberal TV network.
