Judge’s ruling is partial victory

A Massachusetts judge delivered partial victory to the Archdiocese of Boston in the lawsuit brought by some Catholics claiming to own their former parish’s property. The judge denied the request for an injunction on the property of the former St. Albert the Great parish in Weymouth, but he left the original lawsuit in place too. It means that the ridiculous lawsuit claiming that the Church doesn’t own the church, but individual Catholics do will continue and that then means that the whole issue won’t be resolved soon.
