Indictment of Mass. Justices

Indictment of Mass. Justices

You won’t see this reported by the major media but the Massachusetts Chief Justice and three Associate Justices have been indicted by a member of the Legislature. This is the first step in impeachment. The indictment has five charges: that Chief Justice Margaret Marshall violated judicial ethics and the law by encouraging homosexuals to bring a lawsuit before the courts to give her the opportunity to create gay marriage; that she permitted a lower court judge to do the same; that she made public comments about a pending case; that the associate justices joined her in violating the constitution; and that they did not hold open and fair public discussions.

Getting the four justices impeached will be an uphill battle, but a grassroots effort could work wonders. We shouldn’t underestimate the value of organizing individuals. Neither should we overestimate the importance of the fact that the major media hasn’t covered this yet. If enough people get motivated by this, they will have to cover it. The best way to stay informed is at the independent Mass News web site and by joining one of the groups fighting to preserve marriage, like Mass. Citizens for Marriage. We need to show these judges that we won’t let them act like dictators, taking away out rights and imposing unconstitutional novelties upon us.

  • Let’s see…  A few liberal activist judges – who care not one whit for what the Constitution of Massachusetts actually says – and who have not the slightest understanding of the nature of the institution of marriage (as it exists in the minds, hearts and souls of most Americans) – have taken it upon themselves to radically and terminally redefine ‘marriage,’ without ever giving the citizens of Massachusetts even the slightest say in the matter.  I believe, that in my lifetime, there will be no greater rupture in the fabric of society than this.  Massachusettsites – You are living in a social tyranny, where you will be told by judges and activists 1) what to believe is right and wrong; 2) what you are allowed to say and not say; 3) that your children must learn about perverse and deviant sex acts in school; 4) what marriage is or is not.  Rise up and take back your government, or live as serfs in a kingdom that no longer belongs to you.

  • What! Could Road Island be next! ;0)

But seriously, California is not too far behind in this ghastly parade.

  • Yes, but in California we. the people can (and have the past) recall the judges.
