The police department in Windham, Maine, where my mom and sister Francesca live, has a page on their web site where they show photo albums of some of the interesting things that happen there. Unfortunately, my sister was one of thise “interesting” people and events. Thankfully, she didn’t break the law.
Instead, she drove over a pothole while towing her boat and ripped the axle off. My brother John is the guy with the blurred out face and Francesca is the woman with the blurred out face. I wasn’t there. It’s traumatic enough without having it plastered on the PD web site. Now Francesca knows what it’s like to be on the TV show “Cops”.
So much for that day of fun in the sun.
