Fr. Rob Johansen has posted his homily from this past Sunday entitled, “Where is the joy?”
I like this trend of good priests posting their homilies so you can get a several good homilies and not have to rely only on the one you may have heard on Sunday.

You are assuming we all heard homilies this past Sunday. Ah, but you would be mistaken (sort of, unless we count Sr. No Habit, BVM getting up and giving her spiel on giving to the retirement for religious, and a mini homily of her own, you know, playing priestess and all). But, for what it’s worth, Father joked that he was happy Sr. was there so he wouldn’t have to give a homily, and we wouldn’t have to hear one (I guess that is the silver lining to the whole situation, as it likely would have been a condescending one, anyway).
Seriously, thanks for linking to Fr. Johansen’s wonderful homily. Much, much better than the non-homily, homily that Sr. No Habit, BVM gave.
