NASA has announced its new class of astronauts and one of them is from Salem, Mass. Lt. Cmdr. Chris Cassidy is a Navy SEAL who also happens to have advanced degrees from MIT and served two tours in Afghanistan. I’d say that’s a pretty remarkable bio all by itself.
It’s nice to see something good and glorious come out of the state of Massachusetts!
