Seen on Al Jazeera of all places: an Iraqi man in the middle of a demonstration holding a sign with a picture of George W. Bush and a slogan: “Our Hero of Peace.”
Contrast that with the signs and photos of the president held up in anti-war protests in this country, comparing to Hitler and the Devil. At least the liberated people of Iraq appreciate what America, under the leadership of Bush, has done for them, even if our own people don’t.
