Gay indoctrination in public schools

Gay indoctrination in public schools

These are the videos that YouTube took down because they are so disturbing, not because they show people getting physically injured or because they contain sexual or profane content (all those videos are still there). No, these were removed because they reveal the truth about homosexual activist indoctrination in the public schools.

These videos come from a homosexual activist organization working in elementary schools to promote homosexuality on “Gay & Lesbian Pride Days”. These kindergarten through eighth grade kids.

In the first video, you’ll see right off the bat one teacher bring up the question of what to do about kids whose families’ religious background says homosexuality is immoral. She’s told that it’s part of a “healthy education” to indoctrinate the kids that their parents and their churches are wrong and that homosexuality and lesbianism is just fine.

There are two clips, filmed in schools in Massachusetts and New York. They are part of a longer film called It’s Elementary!, produced by a group called Women’s Education Media.

Of course, the usual lame excuse is trotted out that the film prevents homophobia and gay violence; as if those who view homosexual activity and activism as immoral are barbarians whose opposition is in and of itself violence and only leads to more violence against those peaceful gays and lesbians. (Meanwhile, someone tell Archbishop Bagnasco of Genoa that the death threats he’s receiving from gay activists is his imagination.)

Since it aired on more than 100 public television stations in 1999, It’s Elementary has fueled a growing movement of educators and parents—gay and straight alike—who are committed to preventing pervasive homophobia and anti-gay violence. The film shows what happens when kids in kindergarten through eighth grade discuss lesbian- and gay-related topics in age-appropriate ways. Shot in six public and private schools, It’s Elementary models excellent teaching about family diversity, name-calling, stereotypes, community building and more.

It’s Elementary has won numerous awards, has been acquired by nearly 3,000 educational institutions, and has received widespread acclaim from educators, policymakers, parents and religious leaders. Not surprisingly, It’s Elementary has also been relentlessly condemned by the conservative right.

I challenge you to view these films and not be disturbed. While this is part of the reason why Melanie and I would never send our children to a public school in Massachusetts, and unlikely to do so anywhere else, this type of indoctrination is still degrading society they’ll grow up in and the future citizens they’ll be surrounded by.

  • Thanks for this. Unfortunately, it’s not just in government schools. We had a diocesan safe environment type who told parents that our children were safer with homosexuals than with us!

To paraphrase Tom Lehrer, “makes a fellow proud to be a Catholic!”

  • I teach religion at a high school in the Boston area. When aids first started and no one knew how it was transmitted or how to treat it ,I volunteered in a home hospice group started by fr. Hudson in N.J.I was with a young man with aids who was stunned that death was banging on his door. His words were “I was having fun. They told me it was good. Why is this happening to me?”. I broached this subject in class after citing Jesus’ warning against causing little ones to sin and setting out what the Church teaches and does for persons suffering the effects of acting on this disorder. I was neither surprised nor shocked when some opined that the church was at fault, persons are born that way and we should accept their acts , get with the times and don’t be so intolerant.                    Young people have been subjected to lies about homosexuality from the media, politicians, the courts, psychologists and even pulpits for years. They tell them it is good. The truth about the physical and mental devastation of active homosexuality is documented in medical journals, psychological studies and even in homosexual papers and magazines. Read the “Portrait of Dorian Gray” for the spiritual havoc—by a man who lived th life and then repented. After 35 years of relative silence in the face of these lies, good people everywhere must find their voice in Christ and speak “the truth in love” to those around them.

  • Of course in Mass. if you object to this obscene indoctrination and go to the principal to complain, you get arrested. Is this what the radical homosexualist Democrat Party has in mind with its “hate crime” legislation??? Arrests of American clergy for speaking Biblical and Traditional Christian Moral Truth from the pulpit. Or arrests of parents for not wanting their children brainwashed by government ukase.  This happened in Europe under “hate crimes” legislation. Are the Dems getting ready for a round-up of American Christian clergy???

  • Jack recommends Oscar Wilde’s “The Picture of Dorian Gray” which gives us a very valuable insight into Oscar Wilde’s relationship with John Gray whom he seduced, along with many other young men, into engaging in same-sex sex acts with him. In Joseph Pearce’s book,The Unmasking of Oscar Wilde, Wilde is quoted as saying:“I feel that I have given my soul to some one who treats it as if it were a flower to put in his coat, a bit of decoration to charm his vanity,an ornament for a summer”s day.”(p.158).
Joseph Pearce’s book is excellent in revealing Wilde’s awareness of his sinfullness and need to seek the grace of chaste living so that he could discern how his decadent life was destroying God’s plan for his life.
If only more notable people, who have become enslaved in this kind of relationship, would realize this need to change,
as Oscar Wilde and many of his friends did, as Joseph Pearce reveals, hope would spring up for our youth to see.
