The Survival of New Orleans blog is blogging from within New Orleans. That’s right, from within New Orleans. I haven’t drilled down to the oldest posts, but apparently there are some guys from an Internet company of some kind, perhaps a site hosting company, who still have an open Internet line and generators to run the company.
They’re providing eyewitness reports of conditions within the city, including looting, rape, murder, the still insufficient relief efforts and more. It’s incredible to see this going on before our eyes.
