One of our Catholic blogging friends from Australia offers up A Fanciful History of Western Civilization that asks the question, “What if Henry VIII had never been born or was just not such a git?” Much hilarity and general worldwide peace ensues. For example, here is the entry for 2006:

This reminds me to buy Harry Crocker’s book: Triumph: the Power and Glory of the Roman Catholic Church. He’s pumped out some other history books too.
