This comes from the web site of a travel company. It’s the brief story of a man who has his faith confirmed and receives an unexpected blessing in St. Peter’s Basilica. It’s a moving story and gives me the notion that while the Holy Spirit blows where He will, I wonder if the man in the story would have been as open to the transcendent and immanent if he were in a modern liturical square-box monstrosity, instead of the beautiful cathedral he was in.
