This isn’t just two HDTVs mimicking a window with a video playing in the background. No, this guy took a Wii hack that someone else did that allowed you to see things in 3D without funky glasses or special projection equipment (it’s on YouTube), and adapted it to this. So as you move about the room, the view out of the “window” changes, just as it would in a real window.
It’s the sort of thing, I would love to do if I had real disposable income. Also watch the “making of” video for a time lapse. Oh, to have a real workshop.
