These biographies will develop and change as the characters themselves develop through the various stories that are written. Some characters have extensive information for them while others have just an age, physical description, and place of birth. Don't take that as a slight to the character, but rather a promise of things to come.
Captain Cesar Maxwell, Commanding Officer
45 years old, this is his second command. He is a native of Earth, born and raised in Rome. He is single. Spent a year after the war commanding the USS Warsaw, a Norway Class frigate, escorting Cardassian relief convoys past former Maquis and raiders.
Commander D.J. Devlin, First Officer
35 years old, native of Ireland, married to wife, Annie, who lives on the ship with him. She is an author of manuals and an expert on trading with various races. They are Catholic. She is writing a book on post-war trade and economics. She has a fiery independent streak.

33 years old, native of Cyprus, unmarried

36 years old, native of Nuevo Lima, loves Frank Sinatra; quirky, strange; Has an inferiority complex. Tends to overestimate his ability or underestimate the time needed to accomplish goals.

human female, shoulder-length brown hair, 32 years old; veteran of many space battles including the Battle for Callessus; her wartime co-pilot, Rich, died in battle.
Lt. Manigat, Chief Science Officer
female, one of the few Deltans still serving in the fleet. She does not shave her head; coming from a different culture than Ilea. While her culture still possesses the pheromones of all Deltans, they do not have the same unbridled sexuality that other Deltans express among themselves.
