The 2006 Catholic Blog Awards

By the way the results of the 2006 Catholic Blog Awards are in and once again I have to act gracious, says it’s an honor just to be nominated, and plot my revenge for next year. I’ll have to try harder to eliminate my competition from the nomination list.

Seriously, congrats to the winners. I don’t do this for the fame, money, or awards—obviously because if I did I’d have to call it a failure. I blog because I want to.

And it really is an honor to be nominated. There are nearly 700 Catholic blogs in the various lists and to be considered in the top five of them in any category is humbling. Most of all it was fun.

Now go over there, enter the forum, and give your suggestions for how to improve the awards for next year.
