Goodbye Rudy
Looks like I can take down my “Catholics Against Rudy” banner now.
Interesting how the frontrunners of six months ago, i.e. Giuliani, can become the afterthoughts and the presidential afterthoughts, i.e. McCain who was firing staff in October, become the frontrunners. Just more confirmation that the campaign is too long and that until people start voting it’s the media creating the horse race and no one else.

COMMENTS
Along the lines of your comment on the “horse race”, I was amused at their opening claim of Rudy as the “long-shot”.
Granted, I generally go into a coma when most of them open their mouths to tell me what I am thinking, but I could have sworn most pundits, the almighty AP chief among them, had Rudy and Her Inevitableness as the invincible candidates until about, oh, five minutes ago.
Nice to see the memory holes at the AP are busy re-writing their predictions, post facto.
