From the same folks who brought you the Fishers of Men vocations video for the USCCB comes “God in the Streets of New York”, a vocations video for the Archdiocese of New York. These guys are really good.
Very moving indeed. As I was watching I was struck with the thought that Christ is indeed victorious over death, and that Catholics will only be as strong as the faith that they have in the Eucharist. I can’t help but think of the armies of Israel with the Ark of the Covenant before them.

They showed this once at my (high school) religious education class, maybe it was confirmation. The whole room was pretty much transfixed. I thought it was beautiful.

I took the opportunity to watch “Fishers of Men” also; wow!!
My baseball playing twelve-year-old will be seeing these tonight. Can anyone tell me who that ex-Met is in Fishers?? My son will definitely ask, so “I gots ta’ know!!”
